You asked about the ribbon on the necks of the turkey and the goose: That turkey was a real pet; my mom lived here then, and she'd sit outside in a lawn chair and that turkey would take his (or her) place beside her, making those turkey "chirp-chirp" noises when she talked to him. The turkey came to a very sad end the next summer.
ReplyDeleteI sorta cornered the goose and grabbed it; once you get their wings secured so they can't beat you with them, no problem. I don't recall if that was a male or a female.
